Yes, I appreciate this post a ton. Romain Trystram is so freaking talented and one of my top inspirations for scenery work. Réflexions Faites [x] [x] [x] is probably one of my favorite series he has done, or any of the urban environment series stuff like Sleepless. I just love how graphic it all looks, and the colors are astounding. If I were to draw his power and skill and put it into a comic, I could potentially rule the world.

They are, because people having varying numbers of Rods and cones in their eyes, it causes people to see colours differently.

Also there is a theory that everyone sees, for example, the colour red differently eg Red=yellow, but because we’ve been taught that, that specific colour is red, no one knows if everyone is seeing the same colour as another person.

i tried explaining this to a few friends of mine, they argued with me for hours on end, that i must be wrong, and i was crazy to think that way

I tested Walmart’s brand of bottled water and I was shocked to see they sell the most toxic water ever. I tested for Total Dissolved Solids using a TDS meter and the number I got was 271. THAT IS THE MOST TOXIC WATER I HAVE EVER SEEN. Even NYC tap water TDS score is 39. Poland Spring is 42. The water is not even drinkable. I think it’s Criminal to even make profits from selling this water filled with sodium fluoride and who knows what else is in that. 500 ppm (parts per million) is the EPA Maximum but even though the FDA is corrupt their recommended is 000, which is pure.

THE ONLY BOTTLED WATER THAT READS 000 IS DUANEreade/Walgreens ‘NICE’ branded water.

PLEASE SHARE THIS INFO ALONG.

TDS does not denote toxicity

if the water was ACTUALLY toxic, do you really think they’d be allowed to sell it? anything under 75 is considered PURE. hell, in Canada we don’t have any laws governing bottled water, so the Nestle Pure Life we drink here registers 575 usually, while in the USA, it’s 275.

unless your water is registering 7-800+, you’re probably fine.

Yahoo has eyes to buy Tumblr but Facebook may swoop in and make the purchase.

it depends on who gets it, and the conditions of the sale. i’ve seen a few articles speculating that Karp might stipulate in a contract that as part of the sale that he retains control of the company and the site’s structure. if that happened, then the site really won’t change much at all, other than possibly small ads on the dashboard(which really, i don’t think many people will care about)in order to actually make the aquisition worth it to whomever purchases the site.

this is assuming the site is even sold. Karp could just refuse the sale and put the ads on the dash so that tumblr can get itself out of the red.
